Ingredients
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp caraway seeds
2 cups filtered water
Optional: 1 tsp ground pumpkin seeds, ginger slice, lemon
Instructions
1. Add seeds to a saucepan with water.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 5–7 minutes.
3. Strain and serve warm.
4. Optional: Add lemon juice or steep with pumpkin seeds or ginger.
5. Drink 30 minutes before meals or on an empty stomach.
Notes
Drink daily for best results.
Store extra in the fridge and reheat gently before drinking.
Can be sweetened with a drop of honey if desired.
