Ingredients

3 cups bourbon

1 cup mint-infused simple syrup

1½ cups cold water

1 cup fresh mint leaves (for infusion)

Instructions

1. In a small pot, combine sugar and water to make simple syrup. Add mint leaves and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

2. Strain syrup into a pitcher and discard the mint leaves.

3. Add bourbon and cold water to the pitcher and stir.

4. Cover and chill in the fridge for 2–24 hours.
