2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or deli-sliced)
2 red potatoes, sliced thin
1 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil or ranch dressing
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika

Instructions
1. Preheat oven or grill to 375°F.
2. Lay out two large foil sheets. Divide veggies evenly.
3. Top with chicken, olive oil, and seasonings.
4. Add a splash of broth or dressing for moisture.
5. Fold foil into tight packets, sealing all sides.
6. Bake or grill for 35–45 minutes until chicken is cooked.
7. Carefully open foil, garnish, and serve.
