- 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Dried cranberries or cranberry sauce
- 3 Green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit in a bowl until smooth, mixing with a spatula until light.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on a tortilla, leaving a small border clean around the edges.
- Evenly sprinkle the dried cranberries or small dabs of cranberry sauce over the cream cheese, then add the chopped green onions.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove the wrap, slice into one-inch pieces, and serve on a platter.
