Mashed potato bacon bombs are crispy, cheesy bites wrapped in bacon with a creamy potato center—perfect as snacks, appetizers, or sides.

Ingredients

2 cups mashed potatoes

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

1 egg

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

10–12 slices of bacon

Oil or baking spray

Instructions

1. Combine mashed potatoes, cheese, onions, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

2. Roll mixture into golf-ball sized balls.

3. Wrap each ball with 1 slice of bacon; secure with toothpick if needed.

4. Air fry at 375°F for 10–12 mins or bake at 400°F for 20–25 mins until bacon is crisp.

5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, roll in breadcrumbs before baking.

Try mixing in chopped jalapeños or ham for variations.
