A quick and fun treat made with puffcorn and melted white chocolate, perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients

- 1 large bag puffcorn (hull-less, kernel-less)
- 16 oz white chocolate chips, almond bark, or candy melts
- 1 cup Christmas sprinkles
- 1/3 cup crushed peppermint (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the puffcorn and mix until evenly coated.
- Spread the chocolate-coated puffcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- While still warm, sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles and crushed peppermint if desired.
- Allow to cool until chocolate is set before breaking into pieces and serving.
Notes
Use a large bowl for easy mixing. Stir chocolate every 20-30 seconds if using a microwave to prevent burning. Work quickly with sprinkles while chocolate is soft.
