Ingredients
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (thawed)
Optional: maraschino cherries or extra pecans for garnish
Instructions
1. In a bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth.
2. Fold in whipped topping and chopped pecans until just combined.
3. Spoon mixture into the graham crust and smooth the top.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Top with cherries or extra pecans before serving.
6. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Swap pecans with walnuts or skip for a nut-free version.
Use lime juice for a tropical twist.
Filling can be spooned into cups for parfaits.
